February 25, 2026 EuroShop 2026: POLYTOUCH® PASSPORT self-service terminal celebrates 10 years of success on the kiosk market

Since 2016, our POLYTOUCH® PASSPORT has stood for modular architecture, sleek industrial design, and long-term investment security. The 32-inch self-service terminal has established itself as a fixture on the market over the past ten years.

Originally developed as an OEM project, we have developed PASSPORT as a freely configurable platform for a wide range of industries. Today, the system is used in hospitals, pharmacies, retail stores, fast food restaurants, swimming pools, and tourist offices, among other places, for self-ordering, self-checkout, ticketing, and appointment booking.

The heart of the terminal is the modular operating console ("belly"), which allows for flexible integration of payment modules, printers, scanners, cameras, or RFID solutions. We have implemented several hundred variants since the launch. Thanks to tool-free installation and a well-thought-out service concept, the terminal can be set up in less than 20 minutes by just one technician.

The PASSPORT also remains future-proof in terms of technology: interchangeable peripherals, modern PC box generations, and retrofit capability ensure a sustainable return on investment for many years to come.
