17/10/2023 POLYTOUCH® self-service terminals for VAPIANO

For several years now PYRAMID the system caterers VAPIANO with POLYTOUCH® PASSPORT 32 self-ordering solutions.

In the newly opened fast-casual restaurant in Kassel, guests can also order and pay for their drinks and Italian food themselves at digital order points.

You can find a detailed report here.

VAPIONO and PYRAMID are also working together on indoor localization. The picture above shows terminals with integrated puck dispensers: The paging and localization system tracks the guest via their puck in real time, i.e. changes in position are registered immediately. This enables the waiter to find the guest even if they have moved around the restaurant after ordering.

We look forward to continuing our collaboration with VAPIANO.
