At the EDEKA Jensen store in beautiful Hamburg-Uetersen, we have, in collaboration with our software partner eyefactive GmbH , we have installed a self-service terminal at the meat and deli counter.
Digital product selection at POS
The combination of Pyramid POLYTOUCH® kiosk technology Pyramid eyefactive’s kiosk software shines as a queue management solution: Customers use the terminal’s touchscreen to select what they need. The order is then automatically sent to the staff behind the counter. While the staff there prepare the selected items for pickup, customers continue shopping in the store.
