25/09/2023 Self-service kiosk POLYTOUCH®: Virtual goods shelf

At the kiosk terminals POLYTOUCH® CURVE, POLYTOUCH® FLEX21.5 and POLYTOUCH® PASSPORT 32 (pictured) from PYRAMID visitors to tourist information centers can now purchase self-service vouchers for apps, games, shopping, music and event tickets.

The VR Ticket Solution event and ticket management application is used as the software for the digital product shelves.

Since 2020, the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken have been using the POLYTOUCH® CURVE in its branches as a virtual shelf for the sale of non-banking products and services on site. In the same year, the use case 3rd place in the user voting for the Best Retail Cases.
