The terminal can be used either as a countertop or, with a base unit according to customer requirements, converted into a fully-fledged SCO cash desk format.

The pSyCO SCO platform uses an Intel®-based POS system that runs Windows applications with ease. It also powers the peripheral modules, eliminating the need for additional power supplies—except for the payment terminal. Its wide range of interfaces provides the POS comprehensive POS to the retailer’s infrastructure.

Since modularity is a key feature of POLYTOUCH® , the terminal comes with a VESA mount that supports virtually any point-of-sale (POS) system with a screen size ranging from 15.6" to 23.8". This allows the system to be tailored precisely to any requirement.

There are also numerous options available for peripheral devices: Scanners, printers, and payment solutions from leading manufacturers can be freely selected and customized to suit your needs.

Using hardware and software from our partner Innovation Technology, the POLYTOUCH® pSyCO automates the age verification process for age-restricted content. No ID documents are required from the customer.

In the integrated version (countertop model), the scanner is built directly into the countertop to ensure ergonomic and seamless use.

To use pSyCO in a production environment, you’ll need compatible software —for example, from one of our partners or from your existing IT or POS. We’d be happy to help!
