Nagel-Group is a Europe-wide logistics company specializing in temperature-controlled food transport. It has around 130 branches and employs approximately 11,000 people from 92 nations.

Multilingualism makes communication a challenge. That is why Pyramid Computer in collaboration with the consulting and software development company P3 is providing the POLYTOUCH® FLEX21.5 for an extensive pilot project.

It allows truck drivers at around 100 terminals to complete their handling process in self-service.

The multilingual user interface overcomes the hurdles ofinternational communication. In addition to the terminal, the self-service concept includes an app for mobile devices.

The combination of stationary and mobile self-service significantly increases flexibility for drivers and logistics specialists on site. This leads to time savings and reduced administrative work.
