1 Purpose and scope

This Code of Conduct (CoC) describes the fundamental ethical, legal, and social principles that guide the Pyramid Computer GmbH conducts its business and shapes its relationships with employees, business partners, suppliers, customers, and the public.

The CoC applies to:

  • all employees, managers, and bodies of Pyramid Computer GmbH,
  • all locations and business units,
  • as well as for all persons acting on behalf of the company.

Pyramid to promote and expect compliance with the principles described here in its supply chain and among its business partners.

 

2 Our values

Pyramid Computer GmbH to the highest standards of ethical conduct, integrity, respect, and responsibility. Our culture is characterized by reliability, openness, fairness, and mutual appreciation.

We base our actions on the guiding principles of the UN Global Compact, without formally belonging to it. These principles form the framework for responsible business practices in the areas of human rights, labor standards, the environment, and anti-corruption.

Violations of the CoC may result in disciplinary action under labor law. Employees who become aware of possible violations are encouraged to report them to their supervisors or via confidential reporting channels. Pyramid whistleblowers from discrimination ("whistleblower protection").

The company undertakes to take all reasonable measures to implement the values described here on a permanent basis, to review them regularly, and to improve them continuously.
