Devices of the POLYTOUCH® and AKHET® brands marketed by Pyramid Computer GmbH are registered with the EAR (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Register) foundation in accordance with the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG). We thus fulfill our obligations under the European WEEE Directive (Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and actively contribute to environmental protection and the proper disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment.

As part of this commitment, we offer our customers a comprehensive take-back concept: Old devices can be registered for return free of charge at the end of their life cycle. It does not matter whether the devices were purchased directly from us or through a partner – the only important thing is that they were placed on the market originally by Pyramid Computer GmbH.

How the return works:
You can report an impending disposal of devices simply and easily by e-mail to support(at)pyramid.de or via our online form. Once we have received your request, we will send you a confirmation and instructions on how to prepare the shipment.
