You can notify us of any pending disposal of devices at the e-mail address support@pyramid.de or by using the form.
You arrange for it to be sent to our Service-Center:
Pyramid Computer GmbH, Service-Center, Bötzinger Straße 60, D-79111 Freiburg.
Pyramid will hand over the old appliances to the certified waste disposal company REMONDIS (Remondis GmbH & Co. KG Region Süd).
