AKHET® Edge Device Aeron Lite i

The Aeron Lite i is the perfect solution for energy-saving edge computing.

With the Intel® Alder Lake Atom™ X7425E, the system offers an excellent balance of performance and energy efficiency - with minimal space requirements.

On the interface side, 4 × GbE, 4 × USB 3.2 Gen2, RS-232/422/485 as well as HDMI and DP are available. The functionality of the system can be expanded modularly via a MezIO® interface (e.g. additional interfaces or CAN bus)

DIN rail mounting and an optional wall-mount kit allow the Aeron Lite i to be easily integrated into control cabinets, control boxes or existing infrastructures.

The robust, fanless housing ensures reliable 24/7 operation in dusty and hot environments (up to 70° C).

The Aeron Lite i shows its strengths wherever compactness, temperature resistance and energy efficiency are more important than maximum performance.

Aeron Lite i as an edge device Edge Gateway

The Aeron Lite i acts as a central interface between the edge and the cloud.

It takes over the pre-processing and processing of data directly at the edge of the network. This means that certain information can be used directly where it is generated. In many cases, this completely eliminates the need to forward large volumes of data to a central data center.

In other scenarios, the data is already transferred in processed form, which significantly reduces the load on the data center and enables more efficient use of the resources available there.

This enables companies to reduce latency times, save bandwidth and carry out real-time analyses.
