PYRAMID PASSPORT 32 for MULTA MEDIO - Digital Lottery

19/11/2025 Pyramid and MULTA MEDIO: self-service terminals for state lottery companies

The Pyramid Computer GmbH and the MULTA MEDIO Informationssysteme AG are pooling their expertise to give new impetus to the stationary sales business of state lottery companies through digitalization .

With the combination of our kiosk platform POLYTOUCH® PASSPORT 32 and the software from MULTA MEDIO software creates a stable, secure and flexible self-service solution that is specially designed to meet the requirements of lottery companies, sales partners and end customers.

The system has been successfully in use in a German federal state for some time. There, the terminal offers end customers an intuitive user interface on its 32" touchscreen, flexible payment options and the option of submitting tickets anonymously or personalized. After validation, the payout of winnings is triggered automatically.

Our terminal is the ideal integration basis for MULTA MEDIO. Thanks to its high modularity, the PASSPORT 32 can be adapted cost-effectively to the requirements of the respective software versions that MULTA MEDIO implements for the lottery companies in the various federal states and international markets.

Sales partners such as kiosks, petrol stations or supermarkets benefit from a compact and low-maintenance self-service system that reduces the amount of staff required for day-to-day operations and makes optimum use of the available sales area. Integration can be carried out with minimal infrastructural effort, which shortens the roll-out time and reduces operating costs.

Lottery companies in turn gain a scalable sales point that modernizes the brand image, creates additional reach and opens up new sales potential.

The terminal was presented to an international audience of experts from September 14 to 16, 2025 at the European Lotteries Congress in Bern live. The great interest shown by visitors underlines the importance of modern self-service technologies for the future distribution of state lotteries.
