Our POLYTOUCH® FLEX21.5 self-service terminal has been certified by Google and added to the list of ChromeOS Flex Certified Models list. In addition to Microsoft Windows and Android, a total of three operating systems are now available for the kiosk with ChromeOS Flex.
Google developed ChromeOS Flex as a cost-effective operating system specifically designed for speed, security and ease of use. A key advantage of ChromeOS Flex is its lean architecture. As a result, the OS starts up quickly and runs extremely stably.
Due to its cloud-based orientation, ChromeOS is extremely easy to maintain, as updates are carried out automatically and without interrupting operations. It can be deployed quickly via USB or the corporate network.
We are proud that our POLYTOUCH® FLEX21.5 joins the ranks of technology products exclusively certified by Google. These include Chromeboxes, Chromebases and Chromebooks from Google as well as solutions from well-known manufacturers such as Acer, Advantec, NEC, Panasonic and Samsung.
We have developed the compact POLYTOUCH® FLEX21.5 for a variety of use cases, including self-ordering in franchise restaurants and self-checkout in food retail.
The coveted Google certification underlines our commitment to:
