Real-time evaluation of video streams in retail

The processing begins with the recording of the image content supplied by the cameras in the food retail store. The video streams are generated in high resolution (Full HD/4K) and with high frame rates (> 30 FPS) in order to capture even small and very fast movements on the floor in detail. The video material is analyzed and evaluated in real time using AI-supported processes. AKHET servers for A.I. hardware solutions thus support various optimizations, such as modulated pricing, personnel planning or inventory management.
