For devices of the brands POLYTOUCH® and AKHET® , which are caused by the Pyramid Computer GmbH placed on the market, we are legally registered with the EAR Foundation (Register for Old Electrical and Electronic Equipment) in accordance with the ElektroG (German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act). This means we fulfill our obligations under the European WEEE Directive (Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and actively contribute to environmental protection and the proper disposal of old electrical and electronic equipment.

As part of this commitment, we offer our customers a comprehensive take-back concept:
Old devices can be registered for return free of charge at the end of their life cycle. It does not matter whether the devices were purchased directly from us or through a partner – the only important thing is that they were originally Pyramid Computer GmbH were placed on the market.

This is how the return works:
You can easily and conveniently report any upcoming device disposal by email to pyramid or using our online form. Once we receive your request, you will receive a confirmation and instructions for preparing the shipment.
