Our technical customer service consists of 6 proven in-house experts who can be contacted by e-mail and telephone as well as via the Pyramid helpdesk portal.

Every ticket is processed within 2 hours of receipt at the latest. You can use the Pyramid helpdesk portal to quickly and easily find out about the processing status of your ticket at any time, change it or send a message to the support colleague responsible.
And best of all: Pyramid Care Standard covers the entire product life cycle, i.e. our support team will assist you with your questions and concerns even after the warranty period has expired.
