Dear reader,

2025 wasGmbH very special year for Pyramid Computer GmbH : we celebrated our 40th anniversary. Four decades in which we helped shape the transformation of IT – from classic desktop PCs to modern platforms for AI applications.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our customers for the trust they have placed Pyramid, our products, and our services. Many of them have been with Pyramid many years, while others joined us in 2025. The appreciation of our innovation and manufacturing expertise, the reliability of our systems in the field, and the cooperative partnership in joint projects is the most important foundation of our success.

The environment in which we had to operate was anything but easy: virtually zero growth in Germany, exacerbated by a global shortage of key components and the associated, sometimes drastic price increases. Nevertheless, we managed to develop our business in a stable manner and conclude 2025 on a successful note overall.

In this context, I would like to express my special thanks to each and every employee at our four Pyramid. Without the united strength and teamwork in development, sales, manufacturing, logistics, and after-sales support, our positive results in these challenging times would not have been possible. Even in the face of strong headwinds, we are proving that value creation in IT is also possible in Germany as a development and production location and that " Made in Germany " is rewarded.

In competitive markets, we were able to secure the largest framework agreement in the company's history. We also succeeded in acquiring several new customers, some of them large. You can find many more milestones from our anniversary year in the news and case studies.

Against the backdrop of positive developments, investments in the future were and are possible: while others are having to reduce their workforce, in some cases significantly, we are continuously expanding ours in line with business growth.

With the acquisition of the operational business of RNT Rausch GmbH and the integration of its storage and server portfolio on January 1, 2026, we will strategically broaden our position even further. The solutions offered by this long-established company are a valuable addition to our product range.

In addition, the complete renovation and expansion of one of our production halls in Ichtershausen, Thuringia, will increase our capacity in the manufacture of large appliances and significantly improve flexibility in the simultaneous assembly of solutions from our three brands.

An investment of a completely different kind, one that I am particularly proud of, is our renewed sponsorship of the summer camps of the ProKick soccer school. These annual events are a hit with soccer-loving kids and their parents. Our involvement combines promoting talent in sports with employer branding, presenting Pyramid an attractive employer of tomorrow and beyond to parents on the sidelines and kids on the field.
