10/10/2023 faytech®: Modular Front-Kit & Back-Kit Solutions

We are pleased to announce the new project of our brand faytech® to introduce the "Modular Front Kit & Back Kit Solution".

Some may ask: "What exactly does 'modular' mean in this context?" or "What makes it modular?"

The new system allows each customer to choose the combination that best suits their application from a wide range of front kits (touch displays) and back kits (PCs).

With this approach, faytech is able to offer over two million customized SKUs.

faytech® supplies the PCs and displays separately to various distributors. These assemble the front and back kits selected by the customer and deliver them to the customer as a finished product.

This approach makes it easy to switch between different front and rear configurations and offers the freedom to choose between different display sizes and PC variants.

The new modular solution reduces storage costs, but also enables assembly and production on site.

This creates a wide range of conventional product options, speeds up project processing and offers extensive customization options.

Another significant advantage is the ease with which the product can be upgraded. Instead of investing in a completely new display PC, which can be considerably more expensive, customers now have the flexibility to decide which kit requires an upgrade and purchase the chosen kit.

This not only increases affordability, but also convenience and therefore overall customer satisfaction.

Watch this brand new animation on YouTube to watch. For more in-depth content we have created this PowerPoint presentation in which we explain the finer points.

Of course, it is still possible to buy pre-assembled Touch PCs in the conventional way.
