17/12/2024 The POLYTOUCH® SWIFT at Galileo in the supermarket of the year 2050

Shopping of the future was the focus of the Visionmarket project launched by the ProSieben channel as part of its knowledge program Galileo.

The POLYTOUCH® SWIFT 24 played an important role in the project. Our terminal was incorporated into the futuristic store concept thanks to its elegant design, technological flexibility, and user-friendly ergonomics.

There, three SWIFTs functioned as order terminals for pre-ordering and paying for items, which were then placed in a compartment by a robot and collected by the customer at the end of their shopping trip.

We developed the SWIFT primarily as a self-ordering terminal for the franchise restaurants but - as can be seen in the Visionmarket project - it can also be used successfully in food retail.

Curious? Then immerse yourself in the world of tomorrow's shopping!
